At Chloe Bags, we take pride in offering unique and carefully crafted products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped. By placing an order with Chloe Bags, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the specific situations described below.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–13 business days.

After an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item received is incorrect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue

Failure to meet these conditions will result in denial of the return request.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design
  • Minor differences due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variations
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Product Disclaimer

Due to high demand, our products are no longer individually handmade and are now manufactured in production facilities.

As a result, slight variations in appearance, materials, or finishing may occur. These variations do not constitute defects and are not valid grounds for a return or refund.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these possible differences.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our conditions.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered fraudulent.

We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Customer communication
  • This policy agreement
