1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delays

Chloe Bags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • High demand periods or logistical disruptions

Delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take several days to update and may appear inactive at times. This is normal during international transit.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Chloe Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and logistics.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Chloe Bags has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

10. Product Availability

Due to high demand, our products are manufactured in production facilities.

This may affect stock availability and fulfillment times.
